Investigators pay a flat membership, monthly or annual. It covers your verified profile, your listings, access to every job in your area, and unlimited messaging. Annual plans are 20% off. There are no lead fees and no commission on work you win.

Questions
Does the membership renew automatically?
Yes. Plans bill monthly to the card on file and you can cancel anytime from your account; your profile and listings stay live until the end of the paid month. If a payment fails, we’ll email you, and your listings are hidden until it’s resolved. Nothing is deleted.
What’s the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic gives you a verified profile and up to 3 listings, one per case type. Pro raises that to 10 listings and adds 2 featured placements, which pin your listings to the top of directory results with a Featured badge. Both include full job-board access and unlimited messaging.
What if my license can’t be verified?
We’ll contact you to sort out the mismatch. If the license can’t be confirmed, we refund the membership in full.
Can an agency list multiple investigators?
Yes. An agency can hold one membership under the agency license and create a listing per case type. Investigators who want their own searchable profile need their own membership. If you need multiple investigators under one account, contact us and we’ll set it up.
